Our Project Managers do a thorough on-site inspection of your roof and exteriors, walk you through the condition of your home, and provide an estimate for any needed repair or replacement.
If you are considering an insurance claim, we work with all insurance companies.

SCHEDULE YOUR PROJECT

We’ll coordinate with you to schedule your installation date.
Materials arrive on the day of your project. We clean up all job-related debris and take care not to damage any landscaping.
Our teams are safe, professional, and complete most roofing projects in 1-2 days.
Partial payment is invoiced upon install.

PAYMENT

Final invoices are issued. Payment can be made by check, cash or credit card. We also offer financing options.
If you have an insurance claim, normally you will receive two checks. We work with you and your insurance carrier to pay for the project.

Our commitment doesn’t end with your project. We stand behind our work. We offer a 5-year labor warranty and product warranties to protect your investment.

How can I be sure that my roof has been installed correctly?

As your contractor, J&K Roofing is required to purchase a building permit from either the city or county where you live. After construction is complete, the city or county will inspect your roof for compliance with local roofing guidelines. In the unlikely event that there is a correction to be made, it is promptly addressed until all parties are satisfied. Our teams are certified in all major manufacturer roofing materials and installation. It is our job to understand requirements.
